I seem to have everything I need, clothes, strings, picks, cables, tuner, amp, 2 basses, currency and all that.

What am I forgetting?

Mains plug converters or the right power cables for where you're going.

Simple toolkit - allen keys, screwdrivers and pliers at the minimum, preferably a multimeter, possibly a soldering iron if you know how to use one (plus plug converter for it).

Medical insurance.

More clean clothes, phone chargers, medications and first aid, a sense of humour and some silly practical jokes (whoopie cushion type ideas), Write down important phone numbers etc. for when you lose your phone or the charge runs out. A tube of super glue, roll of gaffers tape, several copies of the tour agenda so you know wtf is supposed to be happening. More deodorant and toiletries.
Carry the EU medical card so you get Free care wherever possible.

Supermarkets all over Europe are not hard to shop in, but getting to one from the venue might prove difficult in the time scale.
Take pics and video, they become your memories.
