What kind of destroyer do you have? (80s? Reissue? Original lawsuit etc?)

    Here goes:

1983 Hondo Les Paul Copy (seem to remember the sniff of plywood on this)
Home made SG copy (still have it)
1988 Fender Strat (made in Korea, later found out dodgy import by a local shop)
1990 Hohner Semi-acoustic (forget the model number, looked nice)
Peavey Vandenburg - definitely wish I'd kept this, very pointy - but amazing rock guitar
PRS EG - first version, wish I'd kept this - very nice guitar
Gordon Smith GS-1 - got it because of all the Guitarist mag reviews, spectacularly ordinary - not impressed
USA Standard Strat (still got it, will never sell)
2002 Ibanez RG Series (can't work out the model number, Japanese made - all the rawk I'll ever need, still got)
Gibson Les Paul Studio (love hate with Les Pauls)
Squier Classic Vibe Strat (again one of those, mistaking great guitar for the money for great guitar)
Fender Baja Telecaster (lovely guitar, neck too big for me)
Mexican Standard Strat (fitted it with Tex Mex pickups and doubt I'll ever sell it)

Yamaha FG420 acoustic - had it for nearly 20 years, good enough acoustic for me!

Not as many as I thought!

Good grief, I've been playing almost 50 years, so there's no chance I can remember them all!

Apart from the ones I still have (see the "How Many Guitars" thread) the only really memorable ones were a Harmony H75 I had, back in the mid 60's, and a Yamaha SG 800 I had in the late 90's.

The H75 was my first "good" guitar - I wish I still had it

    Cheers,
    Al.
