That will run parallels fine. I've ran parallels on lower spec macs than this without issue.

Hi guitarcookie1, many thanks for the interest and question, however and being as honest as I can I couldn't tell you as I have never tried.

Are you looking at a newer Macbook Pro? I only ask as I'm considering switching from MBP to Mini since I don't really do any location work any more...
