I've got some old VHS concert of Nils Lofgren (as a solo artist) and his no.1 Strat had rail pickups...not sure if they were Duncan Hotrails but they were defo rails single coil size humbuckers.

I had this added to a Strat I sold a couple of years ago and they really do great things for a SSS Strat!! And you can roll on as little or much as you like...gets a Strat sounding fat without buckers! Look at Clapton here for nice fat Strat toanz!!
