Default Can't decide whether to play your Strat or your Esquire? Problem solved! Play both!

It's real, too, not one of the much-missed Luuuke's fantastic Photoshop jobbies!

Before anyone else mentions it, yes, I too am scandalised that the Dutch don't seem to know the difference between a Tele and an Esquire. :haughty huff:

Some things are perfect, but mixing them with something else perfect doesn't produce something more perfect, it creates an abomination.

Just trying to work out how the pickup switching works. There's normally a guitar slector switch on a doubleneck - but there isn't. A more than 5 position selector switch so that you can get standard Strat tones plus the Esquire pickup? Or a standard 5-way with a limited number of Strat tones plus the Esquire?

And they should have used a barrel knob for the selector switch.

Left handed trem? Makes sense I guess but looks meh.
Would also miss the neck pickup on the Esquire (i.e. I'd rather it were a Tele)

I thought of Richie Sambora when I saw this, for some odd reason..Either I saw his collection in an article once and one of these was in it, or I saw a collection of expensive guitars and one of Sambora's was also in it as well as one of these, but it wasn't his..if that makes sense. Can't really see what Sambora would be doing with one of these, other than displaying his usual poor taste in guitars...?

    It's not the only one:

And if you want a real Tele, not an Esquire:

Sambora was mentioned in the video mart posted, and I think to the "younger" generation he's *the* player people think of when it comes to doublenecks.

Is it weird that I really like that guitar, despite hating every doubleneck I've ever tried?

Indeed. Robert Plant could definitely take Jon Bon Jovi, it'd be an easy fight. I bet JBJ would be too worried about his hair to put up any serious kind of opposition. He probably wets the bed.
My name is Connor and I have a GAS problem.

I also have some videos of myself playing guitar. Here they are.
