Cajone?

Hi,
I'm looking at buying a cajone - can anyone advise on a good model?
Is it worth paying more for an upmarket one or are they much the same?
Some listed as having a snare - I assumed they all did - would a cheap one with a snare be rubbish and need replacing soon so better to spend a bit more to start with?

ooh, I had a similar thread ages ago ( although I never bought one in the end). As the search facility doesn't work properly now I can't find it. However, did notice Thomann have some cheapish as their Specials letter arrived today.

Thanks - it's a for a friend and I'd like them to have something that will last... I am quite tempted myself but I'd be happier if i had some user reviews and opinions first...
