Sadly, the ES135 isn't it - even discounting that it doesn't come in gold - it's all wrong, it has the neck joint at the 16th fret instead of the 14th and feels ungainly and too long (because it is). As well as having a full centre block, so it sounds more like a 335 with P90s than like a 295, or even like a 330.

Still loving the LP 50s Tribute I got, pimped every which way by JXG. Even stays in tune (most of the time...)

there's something about the way a hollow-body guitar with a bigsby will resonate as it starts to feedback that i can't seem to get with a solid-body without a bigsby

Epiphone Sorrento? Essentially a singlecut Casino. I've never seen one in real life but they come up on ebay every so often. Obviously doesn't have a bigsby as stock but it'd take a B6 or B7 happily.

Love those things. Them and dearmond starfires

I know it's a bit OT, but deserves a picture, and those DeArmond pickups are superb.

That is so crying out for a Bigsby it looks like a three-legged dog without one .

Also note that unlike the Gibson 135 it has the neck joint in the right place!

Ah come on, what's not to love about the Sparkly Aria - even sullen hungover studio engineers wake up when that comes out of the case.
