Default FS/FT: PRS SE Soapbar II Maple

Something to brighten up a dull Monday. Mrs Pace has decided I have too many guitars and to keep the peace I am reluctantly letting this one go. One of the best SE models that PRS should never have discontinued. Check out the review on this very site. The body and neck are mahogany with a thin maple veneer on the front. The edges are nicely rounded and there is forearm and ribcage contouring. Neck is the wide-fat profile, which actually isn't too wide or too fat. This guitar has been played and there are some light scratches on the back and very small ding on the top edge. Frets are good and you can get a very low action without buzzing. I've never felt the need to change the pickups as they have a good output, are sweet and warm when played clean and suitably snarly when you turn up the gain. Comes with one of PRS' very good padded gigbags. The price for this tasty piece? £225 shipped. Yes £225. If you collect it from sunny Kidderminster it's £210. Trades? Have to try & sneak another one in, anything Stratty or Tele like be it Fender, Squier or Vintage.

What no love for the Soapbar? Please don't make me have to eBay this.

You've only given it three hours!

Would you mind posting a closer up photo of the small ding on the top edge? Ta.

Very pretty and fairly local to me, but I totally can't justify it when I need to buy a dining table and haven't picked up a six-string in weeks - have a bump!
