Invoiced? Andertons question

Quick one, I'm probably being a complete idiot, but my Andertons order status is now "Invoiced". What does this mean? I've not received an invoice and don't expect to as I've already paid!

I think it basiclaly means you've paid. All my previous orders show the same.

Yeah it'll go out today. Andertons have always been spot on with deliveries for me (they use UPS).

The tracking will go live sometime after 8pm tonight when it reaches the hub.

Hey, Bidley. Yes the "invoiced" terminology isn't very clear. It means that your order has been processed and will be on its way soon. Assuming everything you ordered was in stock at the time of ordering, it's probably on its way by now.

Traditionally we've said "invoiced" as an internal term. Quite recently we allowed customers to see their order status on the website but it just takes that same "status" and displays it in your order tracking account screen - so it can be a bit confusing. We're looking into getting it changed to be clearer.

Thanks for that Andrew, good info. I got a bit panicky as there was no "shipped" status but it's here with me now. Thanks for clearing that up!
