How the parents or carers of a child we don't know should be bringing up their offspring?

I got bored after about 20 seconds and so I turned it off but I feel fairly confident in saying I found their behaviour, and that of everybody on here, disgusting. So what happened?

In essence: I blame the parents.

And for ratings, it's an 18- theres no way anyone under 10 should be anywhere near it
