Kids should not be playing it, probably a classic case of "it keeps him out of our way so let him play it" What happened to taking your kids out to the park? Sheesh....

    Ban this sick filth, etc.

Kids play computer games that are age-rated way above them; they also watch films of the same ilk. It happens. Don't pretend you never saw a 15 rated film when you were 12, or similar.

That's not my issue with this video - my issue is the fact that a seven year old boy gets anonymously and savagely bullied by some grotty little teenage bastards over something he obviously loves (he's seven for fuck's sake, let him have his game) to the point where he is clearly distressed and horrified, and people find that funny. I know it's only a game, but the swines should know better. It reflects very poorly on them that they care enough about a computer game to phone some sort of helpline and try and get this poor kid banned - it's spiteful, childish and the act of spoilt little shits who spend far too much time on the Xbox and not enough time learning how to behave like a decent human being.

Am I missing something? They tried to get him banned because they thought he had a modded controller, that's what I understood from the video. They're not just hassling him for the hell of it, which is what most on here seem to think. There are measures for avoiding abuse/retribution (apart from the glaringly obvious act of, you know, turning the Xbox off) so why didn't he join a different game at least? If he was cheating then he got what he deserved, hacks and modded controllers are a bannable offence on Xbox Live and ruins everybody's fun.

Nobody has said 'ban this sick filth'.

The whining kid was just off the potty and had no place playing a game meant for people far older than him. I would guess that the reason for the age rating is that the content of the game is deemed totally unsuitable for a primary school age kid. I would also imagine that the game 'room' is a fairly rough place at times. The whole environment is a totally unsuitable place for youngsters that should really playing Spongebob games.

As for the bullying aspect, if he hadn't been so young and sensitive he would have sucked it up and moved on.

I know no one said it, I was playing on your Daily Mail-esque reaction to a child playing games - UNDERAGE!

The 'whining kid', as you put it, was clearly distressed - he obviously cared about his game. I don't think the kid is the problem as I said, kids play games underage and watch films underage - it just happens. The vile little teenagers who take advantage of the kid being an easy target are the problem - they didn't give a shit about this kid's feelings and bullied him until he cried (and probably forgot about him immediately after) and in no way is that right.

I can't believe anyone with any sort of soul could look at this video and appoint the blame to the kid for being on Xbox underage.
