Where's the Logout Gone?
It used to be up the top right on that static bar (the one with the other magazine links on the the left) but it seems to have gone.
IIRC that had 'notifications' link as well.
Have you been overly-aggressively AdBlocking ?
Both still there for me.

Work PC, so it's an ancient version of IE...on Windows 7
I've not knowingly got AdBlock running...but I don't get the ones on the side so something is blocking them, I guess it's the same....although they were there earlier this week.
