Just to clarfify, this is the latest in a series of problems we have had with the landlord (and to a lesser extent the residents). People I am on nodding terms with on the estate stop me to give sympathies about having that caravan outside.
I guess it will go away eventually. It also obstructs the view of the neighbours on the other side much more so I guess its possible they will take some action.
Still, I shall add Reform of Restrictive Covenants to my list of things to do for when I'm Prime Minister.

Hope this situation gets sorted....but these sweeping generalisations about Ska audiences and Skinheads are a bit much! (Alright if I send you some copies of our CD and t-shirts to flog when they turn up to help you out...?!)
