Does anyone knowledgeable about all things resophonic have any first hand experience of Chanticleer? There is one on Ebay local to me. Strangely enough, I met Patrick who builds them last week, and I met Chris, the seller of the guitar, today (we were busking on the same street). There used to be a shop in Norwich which specialised in resonator guitars, ukes and mandolins, but it sadly closed down about three years ago. There were always several Chanticleers in there, but I never got round to trying one out. So, if you have any experience of them, I'd be glad to hear about it.
