    Default My Songwriting Portfolio

    Hey guys,

I've been busy making a songwriting portfolio and I've just got it to a point where I'm happy to start
sharing it with people just to enjoy or to give some constructive feedback/advice on.

There's a load of different styles in there, the goal was to be able to show the range of music I could compose in.

Very professional sounding tracks, not my thing but very well done. "What Does That Make Us Now" sounds like it could fit in on the pop-teen charts and "How to Catch Autism" is just out there enough get attention, but I'm not sure if it would be considered politically correct for radio(I am not a rap fan but I liked it). The other track I listened to was the "Soundtrack For Red Bull Animation" and again, great musicianship and recording but it sounded more Clint Eastwood western movie and Spanish cliche to me.

Thank you very much for your response! The Soundtrack for Red Bull Animation was actually a spoof of the final three-way duel scene from 'The Good, The Bad and The Ugly' I used that score as well as many other Western film music as research when I wrote it. You can find the finished animation under the "Video' section of my website.

Thanks again for the feedback, really appreciate it!
