I actually hate buying it for her because I'd rather get her things for herself than for 'the house' but I've lost that battle long ago.
Same here with mrs TCF. Have bought her the top end Kenwood Chef she's had her eyes on for a while. Also got her a few extras for it as well

    Pasta maker/roller
    Ice cream maker
    multi food grinder

Quite glad this thread's appeared, as I had half a mind to start one simply as a clandestine way of keeping track of present ideas I had my better half's definitely getting a dressing gown to stop her from stealing mine, and I've said I'll pay for her passport so we can go abroad next year.
There WAS something else, which is why I should have started a thread...

Herself requested a gold chain, not sure the one I can afford is strong enough to hold her to the kitchen sink.

Bit of a sparse Christmas for us this year - wifey's asked for a (specific) pair of trainers, so that's what she's got. I'll probably buy her a screwdriver set too, so she can stop nicking mine.

My family don't buy adults gifts and the inlaws do a secret santa.
Christmas has become far less stressful as a result.

No idea what me and the wife are buying each other. We've just bought a house and we have a baby due in January so possibly nothing or something token as we are both very content, but broke.

I'd venture to suggest that's enough presents already this year.

I think that's kind of how we feel.

A book, a game, a fibre dyeing kit and some posh hand-dyed yarn.

If your wife/girlfriend is always borrowing your big chronorograph watch, get her one of these GUESS watches:-

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nk...at=0&_from=R40

Apparently, the white, and the rose gold models are their international best sellers.

I also understand that Michael Kors handbags are highly desirable by womenfolk.

Handbags and shoes are to women what guitars are to men - you cannot have too many!!!!
