Default Your suggestions for some good Gym/workout music?

I'm looking for some new music to lift weights to. Any recommendations of artists/albums who you find good to work out to would be good!

I like a broad range of music but when working out I tend to go for either heavy electronic (think Skrillex/Prodigy) or heavy metal (think anything with distorted guitars and a solid beat).

I don't care if the metal vocals are screamed or sung so long as it makes me feel like I can pick up that heavy thing and then put it back in the same place without injuring myself. Some metal I've been 'using' recently includes Mnemic, Periphery, Darkest Hour, Protest the Hero, Sikth, Lamb of God, Tremonti, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth etc.

I don't mind punk/skate punk and have got some Bad Religion, Millencolin and Rise Against on my ipod.

The electronic stuff I've been listening to has included Skrillex, Feed Me, Knife Party, Zomboy, Prodigy etc

    Cheers

Disturbed (especially indestructible) and Rob Zombies first album are good ones that I use on the rare occasions I venture to the gym.
