    Default XLR cable noob question

Thinking about buying a Zomm G3X, noticed that it has a XLR socket. Been looking for a XLR-XLR cable to connect to mixer etc. Only thing I can find is classed as a microphone cable-will this do? Looking to place an order with Thomanns and trying to find a few bits and bobs to push for free postage.
    Thanks

Should be OK - it is almost certainly M/F

Make sure your know what you need regarding connectors - M/M M/F F/F

If you need phantom power for condenser mics and there's only a global on/off switch, then either get an XLR to stereo jack lead or an adaptor for a standard lead and feed the Zoom into a line input.
