We all have these types of Guitars, I've got plenty myself (but not suitable). But I'm looking for one for my brother for Xmas. He's 25, always wanted to play but just never has, so I'm looking for something cheap, a starter guitar. I've been playing 15 years so i have to take away my Martin, PRS, Pete Cornish brands out of my head and think beginners again.

I'm looking to spend £40 / £50 max as we usually only spend £30 on each other, so yep i have a very limited budget. Ideally i was looking at new Guitars and there are plenty on eBay but thought i'd see if anyone has any decent Yamaha's, old squiers, etc first. Again its only a first timer's guitar so not after anything above the price. Also only looking for guitars in good condition as i cant exactly give a battered guitar as a present.
