Default Thinking about a celestion blue...

My current cab is a laney lionheart 2x12 with heritage G12s, used with a wienbrock gaucho head. I'm thinking about grabbing a blue and having a mix in there. Would that mix work?

Judging by the mic position in that clip, you're probably only hearing the Blue but nevertheless, I reckon they'd sound bloody lovely together.
I tried a Blue and a regular G12M which has a lower sensitivity than the heritage and the Blue just drowned it out. The heritage should be a better match though.

I thought that but the clip sounds pretty roomy so there's probably an ambient mic. But, yeah, it is probably more Blue than anything else. Still it sounds good whatever!

Blue and G12H-30 sound great together. The Blue is slightly louder (even though they're both supposed to be 100dB) but the H30 adds a lot of the bottom end that the Blue lacks by itself, and the Blue gives the upper-mid chime that the H30 doesn't have. Remember that the total power rating is 30W though, since the Blue is only 15.

I knew someone with an old AC30 which had one of its speakers replaced by a 16-ohm H30 - in those days whoever did it probably didn't know anything about impedance, so just connected the new speaker the same as the old one. The sound was fantastic - it gives a 24-ohm total load, but with 2/3 of the power going to the H30, which equalises the volume difference and gives a true 45W rating for the pair - and meant that the amp could be cranked absolutely full and not mush out at the bottom end as AC30s can do. Possibly the best AC30 I've ever heard.

(But - don't put an 8-ohm Blue in the Laney cab with the 16-ohm H30 - the speakers are in parallel and you'll end up with the power distribution the wrong way round.)

I dunno about that. I thought my heritages (I have the same cab as him) were noticeably quieter than the anniversary g12h30.

I found the same thing, probably because they're that much smoother.
