    You can use the standard RS/Farnell/Rapid/Mouser but I gerally tend t use Dr Tweek. He has a great selection, always gets it shipped quickly, and is a genuinely top bloke to deal with. Plus you know you are ordering the right size pots/knobs etc without trailing through pages and pages of components.
