Metric and Imperial allen key box set.

Duct tape and masking tape - both are very useful. Masking tape is great for stopping unwanted string resonance behind the nut when recording high gain guitars, and doesn't leave marks on your neck like duct tape would if you put it on quickly (i.e. wrap it around). I've even seen people use masking tape to mute strings not in use when recording, e.g. the high strings when riffs are being recorded on the low strings.

Duct tape can be used to mute the singer, strap the drummer to his drum sticks so he can't drop them, and to hold together basically anything in a quick fix. It is also good sturdy stuff for marking leads. A few colours of duct tape and you can signpost all your leads.

Planet waves pro winder with built in string cutter. The cutter works fine for everything except bass strings. I've used it with success on everything up to acoustic 13s. I've had mine for years and it is still going strong. Very useful.

It is still worth owning a pair of plyers too though.

These thirdhand capos (capoing for each string) are pretty handy -

This! Though I prefer the older version as it's easier to work the cutter one-handed
