    Default Recording King

Played a couple of 000 syles in Westside today. Pining a fair bit now. AND they're doing 30-40% off everything RK at the mo, which puts the all-black RO-16 well under £200. Gah! SO nice...

Did you try the ROS-16? If so was it well balanced and how big was the neck ? ( I believe it's a V shape). It looks like a steal for £200.00.

They look pruddy, quickly read a couple of positive reviews.

I didn't play any ROS ones, but the RO-126 I tried had the V neck. Not quite as chunky as the ~1950 Martin shape that would be my ideal acoustic neck, but a comfortable bit of wood.

Nowt to do with me but this Recording King RO-126 looks like it may be a nice deal if you live near Oxford, can't stand bidding on ebay myself, but I guess he may do a buy it now or something.

Love my R0-26 (all solid)... Best guitar-related bargain I ever got. Bought it new for £250, including free setups for 2 years - the shop got confused with the model numbers, thought it was a non-solid back and sides and priced it as an R0-16. I was so glad I had done my homework beforehand!

I still can't believe the price/quality ratio. Specs aside, the construction is simply very tidy. Love the V-neck as well.

    Stickyfiddle, you should GAS away!
