    Default Hard Cases

Can anyone recommend a good quality hard case for acoustic.
I've had cases in the past that have stunk (literally) so I want to avoid getting something like that again if I buy online.
    Many thanks in advance.

    budget ?

Personally I prefer the look of TKL "luggage" type cases

If ££ is no object and you want total protection - Calton - http://www.caltoncases.co.uk/

I think the main advantage of Caltons is that they're airtight, which might be a good thing on a plane or if you're going to some extremely different country and you want to allow the guitar time to acclimatise (assuming customs don't just open the case anyway...).

But they're massively heavy and very expensive, and I'm not sure they're really any stronger than a Hiscox. Hiscox is definitely the best protection per pound (of both kinds).

Budget is max £80.00 - I have a TKL for my Martin and I would have another but I assumed they were about £200.00+.

different models/prices - trouble is they're not that easy to come by over here - apart from the usual 'dread' sized (yawn)
