Another Hiscox fan here, I agree with Bert they're not lookers - I also wish they had a shoulder strap, or mounting rings for one.

For value Hiscox is the market leader. That is why most manufacturers use them. Martin, Matron, Morgan, NSG, etc all supply Hiscox as does Lowden and many others. Mine have protected some nice instruments. I have a Gator that came with the Archtop and while ok it is obviously lower quality.

Best case I've had was the SKB made one that came with an American Series Strat, it was shaped, so nice and compact, very light yet robust. The ones I've currently got with my PRS and Customs Shop Fender are big and heavy, not so good, hate the way they add so much weight.
