Default Yamaha AES420 £80 Pics Added!

    Hi all,

For sale is my Yamaha AES420 in black which was bought about 7/8 years ago, it was my first decent guitar i bought when i first started playing. It does have a few marks to the body but its clean overall. I believe i paid £350 when it was new, im only asking £100 for it. It will come with a padded gigbag and can be couriered (inside a guitar box) at extra cost.

It plays suprisingly well, kind of les paul inspired judging by the design and specs. Would make a great first guitar for somebody.

    Here are the specs: http://www.soundsliveshop.com/p/Yama...k/YAM-AES420BL

I will get some pictures taken tomorow.

Dont hestitate to reply or PM with any questions

    Located in Hull, Yorkshire

Can arrange a courier for £20

    Regards
    Chris

Sorry, how the actual crap is this still here? If I weren't selling off left, right and centre to fix me car up I'd have bitten your hand off, particularly as I'm in Barton-upon-Humber in a few days; have a bump, and if anyone around South Staffs/Brum wants me to pick this up for them en route let me know...

I agree man. I've been thinking quite a bit the last couple of days about this and to me it seems we're stuck in a bit of a nasty downward spiral. I've not paid sufficient attention to know whether we're still notionally in a Recession or Recovery/Growth but the plain truth I see in my friends around me is that we're all feeling the pinch. The problem with that in this context is that for a majority of us on this forum (amateur players)Guitars and accessories are ultimately a 'Luxury Item' but simultaneously something that still has ( or at least had) some secondhand value unlike your TV or stereo so when the money runs out guitars are often the first thing up on the block. The problem there is that currently it's not just the vendor that's skint but also most of his contemporaries so no ones buying but he still needs to sell to raise funds so down goes his price and slowly/inexorably the bottom starts to fall out of the whole game. Cynically if you are cash rich right now there are some screaming deals to be had but I do wonder if this could be quite damaging in the long term

Bump for a killer deal on a great guitar BTW

    That's a bargain for £80.
