The Type Five presents...
My mate's posted a video of an original song by our band, The Type Five.
The lyrics are by our drummer, Dave who imagined a punky sorta song. I however had been listening to the Black angels' first album for a few days to and from work, and knocked the track together on Cubase.
So here it is, 'Catalogue Girl' by The Type Five.
This is great, really liked your Jason King song too.
More specifically what I like about this (& Jason King), in no particular order- Good that it doesn't really sound like anyone else that I've heard, inc The Black Angels. Really nice to hear the bass properly, not just a flacid farty noise somewhere in the background. Great guitar sound/playing, maybe could have done with more dirt on this one, but that's just me.
Silence isn't a skip, you don't have to fill it with rubbish. (Though that never seems to stop me.)
