Default Which strat meets these criteria ?

    Wide nut (1 11/16)
    Rosewood board
    Locking Tuners
    HSH routing
    9.5 or higher radius
    Decent stock pickups

I don't care about MIA, MIM, CS just looking for something with the above specs, does anyone know if a production model has all of the above ?

    Thanks

    Dave Murray Strat?

I know it has the pickups and radius you are after. Not sure about the rest

^ that's what i'd have thought. shouldn't be too hard (don't quote me ) to get direct replacement locking tuners which don't require any drilling, i'd have thought.

+1 for American Standard Strat or Deluxe Strat.

That's probably the best bet. The American Deluxe comes with locking tuners and since 2010 a compound radius neck 9.5-14". I've got a Deluxe Tele with locking tuners and they wouldn't require any drilling but the downside are the N3 noiseless pickups...not the best. So I'd agree with an American Standard and replace the tuners.

If I recall correctly Rik the USA Strat HSH route ain't big enough to take a full sized humbucker in the neck position without a little woodwork tweaking. Any USA Strat should be ok provided your prepared to do this and the tuners can be upgraded to locking ones easily but from my experience its not worth the expense. Standard ones are pretty good but then I'm not big on wammy action on my strats.
