Default Can somebody build me a Tonebender MK II clone?

    Hi!
Interested in trying on especially if the long sustain story is true!
    A master builder?

I finished one the other day with OC75s. It sounded pretty good but I like it ever better now that i have turned it into a Supafuzz, it absolutely rips.

You could go for the BYOC kit built by someone for you or build it yourself. There is also a number of home builds on Ebay, it all depends on your budget. How close to the original do you want to go? I mean you need to consider the original transistors are not easy to find - I got 25% rejects in the last small batch I got. The closer you want to be to the MK2 the higher the bill.

I have a backlog of 8 point to point handwired pedals to build on top of my job so I won't have time to build another one for a while! I would not call myself a master either - if you want the best of the best you need a DAM or Castledine, these guys are true masters.

Hi. Thanks for info. Am aware of transistor crisis... bYOC no longer provides germanium, sp not sure how good the current version would be - no time to build myself (although I did do one BYOC).
Still, found this: http://www.ramblefx.com/twin-bender.html; so I suppose something along those lines, but cheaper.

Pigdog pedals are pretty cool too, check them out, they're in London. It is still going to cost around £200 but a custom build would not come cheap either.

+1 Had a Fulltone Soul-Bender but it didn't interact too well with my wah. If I wanted another I'd buy this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39Wg1...em-uploademail

Just got a soulbender to pit it against my home made point to point Supafuzz with OC75s. Can't wait to A/B them!
