Dropped 3KGs since Xmas. Would like to have done more running (5 mils yesterday) but weather was too nasty and cold sore inducing. Will try and do 10 miles this weekend and 5 tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure that the SI unit for kilogram is kg.
For multiple kilograms its still kg
KG would be ... something else... degrees Kelvin x the Gravitational Constant.
KGs would be something like degrees Kelvin x the Gravitational Constant x time in seconds
And I'm pretty sure you should have a -1 in superscript next to it. Or in older versions K/G/s.
My physics lecturer might have instilled a slight grumblyness at the use of incorrect SI abbreviations (or worse, missing ones!)

RunKeeper tells me I have staggered 18 miles in January - this is an infinity percent increase, as I was completely sedentary, not to say comatose, previously. I have noticed it has become possible to keep the 1min intervals going. Now for the difficult task of keeping it up through February...
