    Default NGD: Excalibur!!

Nope, not a Vigier... I just had to go with the Wayne's World reference.

Managed to grab a near-mint Fender Classic 60s strat in Olympic White - it's a 2004 model, just before they discontinued oly white as a color for the Classic 60s.

I was on the lookout for a Classic 60s, having owned one before that I always regretted selling. Problem is that I've grown a tad tired of 3TSB, I don't fancy red or blue strats, and the jury is still out on black. Problem solved when I spotted this and a quick search confirmed that Classic 60s indeed came in white ages ago.

Despite its age it's in excellent condition (not a single ding) and it plays and sounds beautifully. I just love the rosewood strat + "Class 5 on the edge of breakup" combination!

I've got a set of Tonerider Classic Blues on the way, which hopefully will further improve things...

So all in all great start to 2013 - I'm a very happy camper! Here's some pics for y'all:

Just got your PM Greg. Let me add my comment to the above... SWEET. Though I had been half hoping to sell you my Olympic Pearl Deluxe (2009)
Somewhere, somehow, somebody must've kicked you around some
