Based on my current needs, Dunlop DVP1.
I really enjoy foot control for volume, though sometimes I think I should get a pedal with minimum volume control. I do really like the feel of this pedal though, despite it being absolutely huge.
For those with twin or multi-channel amps this is cheating a bit

If I can't be bothered with a pedal board I normally just take my Paul Cochrane Tim (assuming I have a tuner with me which I normally do with polytune on my phone).

Aside from the obligatory Boss TU-2, then a Deluxe Memory Man. The DRRI provides the drive, reverb and tremolo.
