Default Looking for some wiring advice.

Hi folks, looking to see if some wiser than I folks out there could advise me on a wiring job i'm trying.

I have a prs custom 24 with 5 way blade. Don't like the 5 way blade, much more a 3 way toggle switch user personally so in this case, I bought a 3 way blade switch.

I bought the schaller megaswitch T model from stew mac: http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electron...h_T-Model.html

Now the diagram is pretty clear about connections when wirring like a tele as intended, but I would still like the ability to tap the coils of my p'ups and am using a push/push pot in the tone position.

Basically, the only bit i'm unsure of is what gets soldered to what on the push/push pot.

I'm aiming for the switch positions to be:

    1-Bridge p'up
2-Bridge & Neck (series or parallel, I don't know which is ideal)
    3-Neck p'up

    Tapped
    1-Bridge Tap
2-Neck & Bridge (again series or parallel, I don't know ideal setup)
    3-Neck Tap

I presume that the 2 highest lugs farthest from the shaft are unused, the middle 2 are the p'ups split wires and the lowest 2 lugs (closest to shaft and front of guitar) are both wired to ground.

    Is this correct?

If I try and draw the basic idea:

    Topside pot
    AB
    CD
    EF
    Shaftside guitar front

AB would be unused, C would be neck split wire, D would be bridge split wire and EF would share common ground.

Is that correct or am I completely wrong?

Any and all help is very much appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Dan.

The center connections on the pickups switch to ground that will give you single coils

So you're saying the splits and ground connections should be the other way?

    Cheers,
