Dude, something about that statement worries me. I don't think anyone else is going to want to play that guitar. Ever.

If that was the white version I would be selling shizzle to buy it for sure, very lovely.

I know it is only a colour but I needz white damn it.

On topic I love Gibson LPs I currently own 3 and have owned a few over the years and all were great.

Also owned loads of copies and mostly enjoyed them too. So try some Gibson LPs and a few of the good copies and find the one for you.

Ergonomics can be an issue, especially for a diehard Fender guy like me, but there is a cure.
I normally rotate my dozen or so guitars all the time, but since I found a great Les Paul at the beginning of December I literally haven't played another guitar since, and I've had about 15 gigs and a load of studio sessions.
I'm now totally familiar and comfortable with the feel of a LP, but it took a proper one to make it worth the effort, so don't listen to the "my ____ is as good as a Gibson" types.

As has been said.....I am an inexperienced learner, but having played countless guitars I discovered a Strat was for me....it feels better, sits well is soooo much easier to play, so end of story! But for some reason I just had to have a CS LP and the evil people at Coda seduced me with an offer I could not refuse. Wow, what a guitar, sits wrong, is awkward, things all in the wrong place, but I just want to hold and play her every minute of the day, not to mention she is a thing of beauty.....mmmmmm bit like how I felt about the wife when we met

My Strat is like a good wife and gets most of my time and love, but my LP is like a naughty mistress when I need more raunch and excitement....

Maybe I'll get one of these instead. Always fancied one Godin Summit CT...about £700

I guess at that price it is going head to head with the ESP LTD EC1000 which is a cool guitar...

You'll buy that; however, if you want a Les Paul you'll buy again.

Only a Gibson has that mojo.

    My pair of Gibsons.
