1) Get rid of the hit on the scrum. It's the cause of many of the problems.
2) Stop the scrumhalf from feeding the ball into the second row.
3) Binding is more difficult on tight-fitting shirts than it used to be. Have a trial of binding handles sown onto props' shirts.

And do something about substitutions. Maybe say only three can be tactical. England lost momentum when they had mass substitutions around the 60-minute mark. Well, all except for Goode who was poor for the whole game.
