    Yep

What was his autobiography called - "It's Not About The Bike"?

Too right it's not, unless you were hiding uncontaminated wee-wee in it somewhere.

Does it really matter? I'm not bothered that musicians take drugs and produce the goods. Is only games!

Junkie musicians aren't generally so viciously litigious when people point out that they use drugs.

I really don't care.. It's not like he's the only cheat, ever, in pro cycling.. Sure, he comes over as a massive **** - but a lot of very successful people are!

It's more than "just games" or whatever.

Much of what he did is actually illegal under law. The substances he used for a start. And the fact that he used them to give him (and his team) an unfair advantage over other people who may or may not have been clean, thus denying them a chance to make a living. What about the countless threats of legal action and the actual cases he brought against people who spoke up against him? These people lost LOTS of money as a result of these illegal cases. Some of them to the point of absolute ruin. There's also evidence that he used threats of violence (including that of a sexual nature) against people he considered a threat. All in all, he's a repellent individual.

He's guilty of the trafficking, distribution, administration and personal use of illegal substances (i.e. a drug dealer and junkie).
    He's guilty of libel.
    He's guilty of perjury.
    He's guilty of blackmail.
He's guilty of making threats (violent and otherwise) against people.
He's guilty of being an absolute prick!

That's just scratching the surface. So if you detach these issues from the sport side of things, you can see this is much more than that.

And just because he wasn't the only user in pro cycling doesn't make it OK. If you look into the case against him (the full extent of which he still has the temerity to deny) you'll see there's a much bigger issue here which needs to be addressed.

He was the top of the tree and needs to be punished for his crimes.

I hope he ends up in jail and absolutely ruined.
