    I'd walk away.

    I think the 'on holiday for 3 weeks' thing is a delaying tactic as she may be hoping you won't pay, so she can relist it in an attempt to get a better price.

    So "she wins"....no matter what price she sold it at she has to complete her side of the sale (once it's been paid for of course).

    Providing you can spare the money being tied up for a few weeks you'll either get the amp or your money back.

    True, but I wouldn't want my money tied up with a PITA seller like that and have to make a claim.
