I bought mine in 1987. I really shouldn't have sold it. I may sulk now.

    One of two

Either my Tube Factor, or my Nobels Space Charge. One will no doubt bite the dust at some point, but I can't decide between them. I will keep both until I decide.

EHX Little Big Muff Pi. I love it, for some reason I cannot really explain.

Boss OD-1, the first pedal I ever bought. £22 in a shop in Chester when I was 14. Yes, there are better overdrives, but I've lived with it for so long I consider part of "my sound" now. Did a couple of mods to it, mainly to allow more bass through so it sounds better at home volume.

My modded CE-2 is going nowhere either.

I happen to think the CE-2 was the best chorus I ever had too.

Anyway, from my lot, it would have to be my Keeley Compressor. One's been on my board since they came out and it's my longest serving pedal. I leave it on all the time. The only thing to challenge it could be the new Xotic SP but if it ain't broke etc...

Arbiter PowerBooster (boost pedal that's electronically identical to the EHX LPB, save for a different transistor)

I can't really say there's any particular pedal which will never go, save my amp channel footswitch - that's all I need as a minimum for gigs.

That said...I can't see myself getting rid of the Weeping Demon Jr, because while I don't have much of a use for wah...it does everything I want better than any wah I've ever come across.

The only other one is probably the Flashback. The only reason I can possibly imagine selling it is if I'm expanding my board to be physically bigger, and even then its replacement would be the bigger Flashback X4.

I've never kept any pedal for all that long so I don't have any illusions that there are any pedals I'll keep forever, but the ones I can't imagine selling are:

CAE Wah - Fantastic wah and does everything I want
Liquid Sunshine - Best low gain drive I've ever used
Tech21 VT Bass - Awesome bass preamp and instant SVT
EHX Bass Big Muff - Everyone needs a muff and this one has a clean mix which means you can use it on bass without two amps
