I believe they have a policy of never reissuing anything (odd given that guitarists buy vast amounts of reissued gear). If your CE 2 ever breaks, Pedalmods do a repair and modding service. I bought mine (to replace my long since sold original) already modded by them. It has greater range on both the rate & depth controls, but still sounds like (an admittedly more versatile) old one.

As m'board is now at an acme of such a high level of geeky research and trial and error, I'd be loathed to get rid of any tbh...but no fucker is getting my Boss Space Echo or big box EHX Micro Synth, so nerr...

Double Hotcake: Awesome, rarely for sale secondhand and couldn't afford a new one if I got rid.

Zvex Distortron: Just sounds brilliant with every amp I've put it through. Plus the predictive text on my phone writes "Distortron" by default instead of "distortion"!

    Great pedal!
Mainly use mine as a solo boost after the Distortron but have been experimenting with using it as my main drive sound lately. Through my old AC30 it was amazing but not tried it through the Ulbrick yet. Gig tonight though so we'll see!

I dont know if anything is safe. I like all my pedals at present but over the years the only one I have ever kept till this day is the Marshall Jackhammer

Saying that I have just landed a shredmaster and I am looking at the Jackhammer like an unloved ginger step child.

Love my Ibanez Super Chorus soundtank. If the plastic lasts long enough it might be a never sell pedal.

I have a few old japanese Boss pedals that i cant imagine selling like the VB-2, CE-2, DF-2 and TW-2. I also have a Deja Vibe2 with a rocker pedal that runs off 230V that i like a lot.
But the one thing i will definitely never ever sell is my Maestro Groupmaster Echoplex. I run everything through it.

    Tim
Rat 2 (I'd sell my Rat but not the Rat 2)
    Diamond compressor
    Boss CE-2B
    Marshall BB clone
Pearl analog delay (had it recapped by Owen Electronics, sounds utterly fabulous now)

I've had an old Italian Jen crybaby and Boss CE2 and CS2 from mid 80's so those are sentimental value and going nowhere. Still all used regularly.
More recent acquisitions which I'm pretty sure will be keepers are a Rat2, Zen drive and a Fulltone Mini Deja vibe..
