Help, TC G System borked
And they don't answer phones of pick up emails. Anyone got a number that gets you through to their distributor or the company itself so I can get it fixed. It is pretty much the centre piece of my whole set up.

Yes what's wrong with it?
Plug it an and nothing happens. Suspect a short caused by condensation.

Hope I'm not stating the obvious but I've fallen foul of not noticing a few simple things - is the mains lead ok? is the cable connectin ghte brain to the footboard/display ok? one other thought - mine somehow was switched to think it was mounted seperately and there is a setting to decide whether it's all together or not - if it's powering up but not responding that might be worth a look.

Checked the obvious? - Power Cable? the Cat5 cable that connects the brain to board, the setting JohnP mentions..
Also, there is a glitch that seems to have happened to few people recently on the tc forum - its a software glitch - and if you attempt a re-load of the latest firmware via the TC upload tool (NOT Vysor) it seems to bring everything back to life - but, you MAY lose all of your patches...
