Default Donna Summer Hot Stuff Solo (Partial tab required)

    Hi

Do any of you out there who know the proper notes and pattern to the widdly, slidey bit(great technical explanation) in this solo.

The bit from 2:45 to 2:48 on the vid.

I have a rough idea, but more than one and I can't decide which is right no matter how hard I listen. If I owned this tune I could use Audacity to slow it down. I don't know how to slow down YT vids.

I got the rest of the solo, it will take a bit of practice to get it up to speed. A couple of tricky bits in there.

I think Skunk Baxter played this solo?

    Cheers

Thanks mate. Could you clarify what you mean by "own the content" does that mean you have to actually "own" the song. I don't understand, if I owned it, I could slow it down in Audacity, like I said in the original post.

I don't have a copy of the song, just watching others YT vids of it.

I meant that it is really naughty and breaches copyright if you go nicking songs from u-tube <and I've never done it, ever> honest.....especially not with the choirboys version of brother louie that we are doing as a band, or in fact a couple of other songs.

so what i was saying is that downloading u-tube videos to your own computer is probably bad in the same way that nicking albums via torrent downloads is also naughty, and shouldn't be done according to the law of this land....etc.
