    Default Galactica

    Any Galactica fans out there?

I've been watching the recent remake series on Love Film streaming and bloody hell it's good. One of the best bits of TV drama I've ever seen. Don't let the campy 70's show it is based on put you off, it's probably the most gritty sci-fi show out there.

Top tip if you do start watching it. Before the first series there was a mini series which sets the scene, you need to watch this first and it isn't on Love Film.

It's on my list. One of my mates loves it so much he got into cosplaying.

    I'm a fan.

Just got hold of The Plan on dvd and will be getting Blood and Chrome soon.

I love the willingness of the writers to kill people off who you'd not have thought would get killed.

A word of advise though - fast forward through the second half of the intro credits, some episodes can have vital parts of the plot given away. Its fast choppy-cut images but occasionally they can be significant.

It's amazing, I've watched the full show a few timesthrough now, it's surprising how well the character development and plot turns hold up each time. One of the best TV shows of all-time imo

It's on Netflix and on my 'must see' list.

Very good, except "The Plan" (garbage) and, has been said, "Caprica" (soap opera).

Brilliant show! Watched it through twice, and will do again.
