I want a guitar, but does it exist?
You may remember a few months back, I'd pretty much had enough of electric guitar in general. I ended up selling everything apart from one acoustic (which is currently rocking 13s and sounding incredible), despite a few wise heads here telling me to put the gear away, and bring it out when ready again. Part of me wishes I took their advice, but I guess now I've rediscovered some excitement for electric guitar, I can go and start afresh with totally new gear
Anyway, the guitar! I want something that...
Looks like a Telecaster (preferably Sonic Blue), or something equally as sedate (I don't want flamboyant bursts, crazy detailed inlays, etc) with a maple neck!
Feels like a SuperStrat but...
... Is fine with 12s on it!
Has the dirty neck pup sound of a Les Paul, clean sound of a hollowbody.
Has the bridge pup of an Ibanez when driven, but of a Telecaster when mellowing out.
Put simply, I want a guitar that looks like a Telecaster or equally flashy (not at all), has the neck of an Ibanez, strung with acoustic strings, that sounds like a Les Paul and a Super Strat.
Thoughts?

You should check out the Ibanez fr1620 or 2620 incredible guitars with everything your asking for and more.
