The scratchplate is a weird shape. Other than that I like it too. Agree about the TSOL oddness.

the burst is ok, if you lost the headstock (for something more parloresque) the other thing is puke-worthy

The scratchplate shape is based on the original Fender acoustics of the 1960s - I don't know why they made it that shape then, but at least it isn't new and ugly .

The headstock is just wrong though - Fender acoustics should have the proper Fender (Strat-type) head. I've always thought that, and no amount of "it isn't an electric guitar so it shouldn't have an electric guitar head" will ever change that... it's the *Fender* head (Telecasters aside).

I nearly bought one of those in Canada about 15 years ago for next to nothing, but my wife wouldn't let me . (To be fair, we were on holiday!)
