For Sale: Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass in Candy Apple Red with black scratchplate. **SOLD**

Serial number dated to 1998/99. Made in Mexico



Great bass, plays well and has a really nice tone aided by the on-board three band EQ.

I'm selling due to recent switch to a '51 Precision RI.

I've owned it for about five years - it's well gigged and in need of a little TLC. There's a tuner bushing missing, the battery cover is cracked and the jack socket probably needs replacing.

These are things that have never bothered me even though they're relatively easy fixes.


Aesthetically it's full of character dings and light scratches. I've tried to picture these as best I can but I'm no photographer.

Also there are a few small dents across the neck but it's still perfectly playable.
