    Default Carl Martin Plexitone pedal

I just heard a few of these online and they sound really good and have a boost switch as well.

As I'm about to get a Fender Supersonic (no 2nd master but can solo boost via the fx loop level) ,I thought this would be a good addition to add as I am going to miss my JVM so Marshall tones (as well as the amazing Fender OD channel on these!) and a boost facility.

Anyone have any experience with this pedal good or bad or even possibly selling one?

Played one quite a bit (other guitarist in a band I payed in has one), great sounding pedal and very underated I think, a lot better than the Box of Rock.

I think CM have discontinued them as the guys in Fret Music said they couldnt get them anymore. I had wanted to try one myself last year. S/h might be your best bet, though they were expesnive new iirc, so s/h prices might be quite steep if they are discontinued.

Turnkey have them listed on their website and a couple of other places like Hartnoll and Dolphin have them new although all at full retail.

As I'm working near Denmark Street, I was going to go into Turnkey tomorrow and try one out but just wanted to check if anyone had any experience of them. Sounds like a good pedal and plus the boost function is a massive bonus. Would mean the TS-808 tubescreamer would have to go however.

Pretty sure they are not discontinued... the supply has been a bit slow lately though,

Dude, full retail is £199... I'm selling them at £175 including insured next day delivery. AND I have one in stock! ! As far as I am aware that is pretty competitive... email me if I'm missing something!

Nice one Jamie, I might well take you up on that one. Would have loved to try one first but Turnkey don't have any Carl Martin pedals in whatsoever and they're the only dealer remotely close so might just relisten to the tracks on youtube again later and take a punt and then give you a call tomorrow.

Jamie if they're still being produced thats great. I was obviously given the wrong info at the particular shop.

Tried that one and its really, REALLY good. My wages got fucked up when I went to get the money to buy it and in the end never got to get my greasey mitts on it. The compressor is also really worth the money.
