    Gig on Saturday went well, played it for about 2/3 of our set. The tone pot has gone dodgy- sounds like it's down when it's up. I assume there's just a short inside the pot as the wiring looks fine. Easy fix either way. Aside from that I'm super-happy. It just sounds brilliant, particularly with a chunk of dirt

    bit odd but these thigns do happen sometimes - wouldnt expect a short unless some of the copper shielding has lifted for some reason :? let me know how you get on

    Struck me as odd too but the cap isn't shorting on the outside of the pot so it's gotta be internal, unless I'm missing something really obvious. A 5-minute fix whatever it is, so not worried
