Default Shall be after a small combo at the end of the month...HT1 or similar?

Next paycheque treat to myself'll be a practise amp of some sort (going to have to give the Marshall I've been holding onto to its rightful owner ) - ideally I'd like a Blackstar HT1 / HT1R but let me know what you have! Valvey would be best, high-gain too; MIGHT consider a Cube or something but not a massive fan of digital.

    WHY?

Laney LC15R? All sorts of upgrades that I can't remember. I'm even in Birmingham on Monday...

Hmmmm....bigger than I was thinking, and wasn't looking at splurging until end of the month, but PM me a price anyway

How about a Tech 21 Trademark 10? Very versatile unit with loads of gain if you want it.

I don't have one, but you might want to consider the Laney IRT15H - it's single-channel, high gain and has 1W and 15W inputs.

I'm considering the rack version, which has all 3 channels and a recording interface built in...

Hmmmm...not sure on those, as it wouldn't be enough to gig with but too loud to crank in the house (although I s'pose there's little point tone-wise in cranking a solid-stater)...shall have a think!

If they did that as a combo and it'd been out long enough to be around secondhand it'd be perfect as-is, I kinda need something I can grab with one hand and just pop into the bedroom with when the mood takes me!

Sporky, seriously contemplating the LC15 but can't afford yet (not with the new Gordon Smith in the house, anyway) - if you've still got it in a couple of weeks shall be in touch!

    I have a Blackstar HT-1R I could sell for £110. Looking a picking up either a HT-5 combo or Marshall JTM-1C.
