Edit: on the subject of sympathy, you would have thought that with a 10 month waiting list, on being told the story Lazy J would have been easily able to source a new buyer and let the original buyer off his purchase. Was the OP's plight ever raised with Lazy J? What was their response?
On a related point, when were these in fact ordered? I'm thinking point of sale invoicing and VAT quarters.
Is the warranty transferrable? If so, is the OP saying that the price is 20% higher than at the date they were ordered, or passing them over at the exact price he paid? If the latter, the warranty is important.
Is there an invoice and packing slip photo we can see?
