Please help a rookie, Tips on my new songs

Looking of reviews on my new track. I recorded it at the met studio in Bury

I really like the minimalist arrangement, the strings and the piano melody. You also have a really good voice, in my opinion! One thing that I noticed is that the guitar sometimes is slightly off-beat in this recording (especially when it plays along with the piano). There is also some sort of audible artifact at around 2.55 that hasn't been removed by the mic filter, as well.
Just a suggestion, adding another (female, perhaps ) voice for certain parts of the vocals would benefit the song.
Overall, great job, and looking forward for more. This track can easily fit into "Sons of Anarchy" soundtrack, btw Keep it up!

Thanks for the comments, I know my timing is rubbish it's one thing I do have to work on, the next track I'm doing I'm trying my best to add rhythm and timing in 4/4 which will be a miracle if I pull it off!
